Centennial Dining Hall is located on north campus - close to the Ritchie Center and athletic facilities. The dining hall, convenient to Centennial Hall and Towers, is a place where our students gather for food, friends and fellowship. Grab a seat by the large windows overlooking the sports fields or snag a table with a group of friends. Centennial Dining Hall also offers a bar top seating area where you can listen to music or catch your favorite TV show. There are multiple LCD screens that provide updates on our promotions, menus and upcoming themed events. The dining options feature a 40-foot self-serve bar that highlights our fresh salad options, vegan/vegetarian selections and homemade desserts baked in our kitchen. Along the wall you will find an action station to customize your meal, fresh baked pizza, our classical station with comfort food, and a grill with locally sourced burgers and specialty sandwiches. We are committed to sustainable practices and source 20% of our menu following the University of Denver Sustainable Food guidelines. We also compost, recycle and use energy efficient equipment.
